Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day trial, and the Free plan stays free forever so you can test the persona, photos and the Telegram connection first.
What counts as an AI message?
Every reply your persona generates, including follow-ups. Messages people send to your account are free.
What happens when I hit the monthly limit?
The persona stops replying until the next month or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted, and you get an email when the cap is reached.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from the billing page in your account. Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
By card through Stripe. Every invoice is downloadable from your billing page; prices exclude VAT.
